Oxana Percic

Originally from the Republic of Moldova, Ms. Percic works out of the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Percic is responsible for ensuring legal compliance with EB-5 program regulations, conducting legal research on EB-5 policies, USCIS adjudication trends, and Regional Center compliance. Before joining EB-5 Capital, Ms. Percic worked at two of the largest law firms in the United States, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and, subsequently, at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. Ms. Percic has over 16 years of experience in the U.S. business immigration law. She was awarded a J.D. in Finance and Securities Law from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova in Moldova and a Master’s degree in Homeland Security from the American Military University in the US.
