JF10 – The Coliseum
JF10 – The Coliseum is an office and retail redevelopment in downtown Washington, D.C., approximately one mile north of the U.S. Capitol and a few blocks north of Union Station. The Beatles played their first concert in the U.S. back in 1964 at the site. National retailer, REI, REI has a long-term lease to occupy the majority of the retail space.
