JF31 – San Luis Obispo Marriott Hotels is the development of a new, 4-story Marriott dual-branded hotel in San Luis Obispo, California. One side of the hotel will consist of a 110-room Residence Inn, and the other side will be a 90-room SpringHill Suites. The 3.14-acre project site will include approximately 200 surface parking spots and a swimming pool.
