JF3 – Marriott Marquis is a new four-star, luxury hotel by Marriott located in downtown Washington, DC, and connected to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center via an underground tunnel. In addition to 1,175 rooms and suites, the Marriott Marquis also includes 105,000 square feet of meeting space, three ballrooms, indoor and outdoor terraces, and multiple restaurants and bars.
